Consultancy Services
– **Land Identification:** ₹50,000 per acre
– **Land Documentation:** ₹30,000 per project
– **Title Search:** ₹50,000 per property
– **Registration of Land:** ₹40,000 per property (excludes government fees)
– **Mutation:** ₹25,000 per property
– **Demarcation (Possession of Land):** ₹35,000 per property
#### Additional Charges
– **Government Fees:** Stamp duty and registration fees are additional and payable by the client.
#### Payment Schedule
– **Initial Payment:** 30% of the estimated total cost at the signing of the service agreement.
– **Progress Payments:** 50% due at various stages of the project.
– **Final Payment:** 20% upon completion of all services.
